Mam & Baby soundbath is a chance to chill out on some comfy futons with your little one & listen to some soothing relaxing sounds, followed by tea & cake & a catch up.
It will be held at the temple of light in Ystradgynlais,

All on the comfort of our super soft floor mattresses. Blankets, cushions are provided, but feel free to bring more for extra comfort. 🥰✨️
Early bird price is £7, normally £10, including tea & cake and free gift.
Don't worry if they wriggle, crawl, cry or whatever they decide to do, it's a baby friendly space & hopefully mums can relax a bit too! (Dads also welcome of course)🩷✨🌸💛xxx
